Picnic Time is offering friends, family, neighbors of the Royal Band a 25% discount off the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price� (first column on price list). The price indicated in the Sell Price (second column on price list) is the discounted price including the sales tax. This is the price you pay. Picnic time then donates approximately 50% of this price back to the Band Boosters. This amount is the Profit� (third column of the price list). So, by purchasing products from the Picnic Time catalog, 100% of this donated amount will be put into the student's account.

PLEASE NOTE: From time-to-time Picnic Time updates their price list and product line. Therefore, the listed prices could change. Eileen will verify the price and information when the order is placed.

1. Decide which products you would like, the color, and quantity.Available colors and codes are listed in the online catalog at picnictime.com. In addition, on page three of the on-line price list is a color key.
2. Call Eileen Orth at 805/577-9125 to place the order. At this time she will verify the price of product, get the band student's name, answer any questions you may have, give you your order total, and the delivery date. In order for the band student to get the indicated donation from Picnic Time, do not call Picnic Time directly to place your order. Orders must go through Eileen Orth.
3. Tax is already included in the total.

DELIVERY AND PAYMENT When order is received from Picnic Time, Eileen will call you to make arrangements for order pick-up. Checks are made out to RHBB (Royal High Band Boosters) and are given to Eileen Orth at time of order pickup. Normal delivery time is approximately 1 (one) week.
