Field Show Setup

Field shows are marching band events where the marching band exhibits their show. The field show can be for just Royal (as at a football game) or it can be a competition where more than one school is participating. For the 2006/2007 school year, the Marching Band needs help with setting up for these shows. We have 10 props that require ~14 adults to assemble and move out on to the field at the specified time and location. We also have a need for ~4 adults to assist in moving pit equipment onto the field at the same time (18 adults total). The next field show is Saturday 16 October.
