The Royal High School Wind Ensemble

The Wind Ensemble is the top performing ensemble of the concert groups. It is a year long class. Membership is by audition only. The group consists primarily of seniors and juniors, although there are occasionally a few sophomores, and even more rarely, freshman. Literature consists of advanced high school and college level material. The Wind Ensemble performs at various concerts as well as festivals during the spring.
